It is an apartment which has been operating since 2018 and is on the first floor of a two-storey house. It is an apartment of 50 sqm which consists of a separate room and a large space that includes a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed and the kitchen with the dining room.<\/p>\n
It can sleep up to 4 people and for those with babies, cots are provided, as well as food seats. The apartment is modern and includes a kitchen, fridge, cupboards, 49” smart-tv, two airconditions and a bathroom.<\/p>\n
There is also a full range of household equipment necessary to create any meal in the accommodation, a washing machine in case of need and a nespresso machine to drink coffee on the balcony.<\/p>\n
From the balcony the view is fantastic as you can see the endless blue sea while at night one can enjoy the view of the illuminated castle of Parali Astros.<\/p>\n
The beach which is only a 4 minute walk away is almost private as it cannot be accessed by road and there is only a small dirt path leading to the beach and as a result there are no beach bars. As for the path, elderly people may find it slightly difficult to cross it.
