It is an apartment which has been operating since 2018 and is on the first floor of a two-storey house. It is an apartment of 50 sqm which consists of a separate room and a large space that includes a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed and the kitchen with the dining room.

It can sleep up to 4 people and for those with babies, cots are provided, as well as food seats. The apartment is modern and includes a kitchen, fridge, cupboards, 49” smart-tv, two airconditions and a bathroom.

There is also a full range of household equipment necessary to create any meal in the accommodation, a washing machine in case of need and a nespresso machine to drink coffee on the balcony.

From the balcony the view is fantastic as you can see the endless blue sea while at night one can enjoy the view of the illuminated castle of Parali Astros.

The beach which is only a 4 minute walk away is almost private as it cannot be accessed by road and there is only a small dirt path leading to the beach and as a result there are no beach bars. As for the path, elderly people may find it slightly difficult to cross it. For the convenience of our guests, umbrellas and sunbeds are provided on the beach.
